Jump Warehouse is like a huge gravity defying urban playground with interconnected trampolines, angled walls, roll-over platforms and airbag with super soft landing area which is perfect for practising and improving your flips and tricks.

Some frequently asked questions

We are located on Main Cross Road, Great Yarmouth NR30 3NZ. Check out our contact page for more information.

One of the great things about trampolining is that anyone can do it, from young children to their parents and even grandparents. At Jump Warehouse we have special Jump Start sessions specifically for children under the age of 5.

We highly recommended booking in advance to ensure you can jump when you want. Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-ins cannot be accommodated if we are sold out. To check out availability and the different types of sessions that we offer go to the Bookings tab in the top menu.

Unfortunately all bookings must be paid online through the payment portal at booking stage. If you are unable to do this online, you can make a booking over the counter with cash, however this will mean you are not booking in advance and run the risk of missing out or waiting for a session with available space.

Please see our booking terms for details of our cancellation and refund policy. If you have further questions about this please contact the Jump Warehouse venue you made the booking with.

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to booked jump time to check in and get ready for your session.

Feel free to pop in, email or give us a call. Out contact details can be found on our contact page.

Unfortunately we do not have changing facilities. We recommend athletic clothing with some stretch. Baggy jeans are fine or tracksuit pants and long sleeve shirts are recommended. Jump Warehouse socks with grip are compulsory for hygiene purposes and to avoid slipping. These can be added to your order for an additional £2.00 and used again at all subsequent visits.

Due to food Health & Safety, no self-catering is allowed in our Jump Warehouse venues.

Yes, secure lockers are available.

Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper at Jump Warehouse is 120kg. Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping at Jump Warehouse.

Yes. Trampolining is one of the best form of exercise there is!

Safety is the number one priority at Jump Warehouse. For details see the Jump Safe section.

Please contact us via email, Facebook or telephone 01493 853389 for further details.

Jump Safe

Jump Warehouse has a tightly managed and monitored safety system, developed around industry best practice. Safety is our number one priority and we have a safety record we are proud of.

Our terms and conditions outline the risks and anyone jumping at Jump Warehouse is deemed to have accepted these conditions prior to jumping. Like most sporting activities, trampolining creates the potential for injury even when done properly and following appropriate rules and guidelines. Our rules and safety guidelines have been developed in conjunction with recognised safety experts with the specific direction to meet or exceed world’s best practice. To minimise the chance of dangerous situations, especially for inexperienced jumpers, we have clearly posted trampoline court rules at the entrance to each court. These rules are enforced by our floor staff.

Jump Warehouse Trampolines vs Traditional Garden Trampolines

Historically, trampoline related injuries have occurred when jumpers have ‘fallen off’ a trampoline onto the ground or landed ‘on the frame’. Jump Warehouse has minimised these risks by ensuring our trampoline areas are walled with rebounding surfaces and that our frames are covered in the highest-grade padding available. We have designed our facility to reduce or eliminate the hazards associated with typical home trampolines and are continually working to ensure a safe environment through optimal design, engineering, construction, training and research.

Padding

Every square inch of exposed trampoline support structure (the steel and springs between the trampoline beds) is covered by more than two inches of gymnastics-grade padding. We have met or exceed the padding requirements advocated by the International leading standard.

Grip Socks

Anyone jumping at Jump Warehouse is required to wear Jump Warehouse approved grip-socks designed to help maximise grip, to help maximise safety and general hygiene.

Safety Briefing

One of our primary safety principles is ensuring jumpers do not attempt any activity beyond their skill level. It’s important that all jumpers make themselves aware of the points highlighted by our safety video prior to entering the trampoline arena.

Feedback

We encourage and welcome any feedback that helps us continue to develop a best practice safety program and environment at Jump Warehouse.

Safety is our number one priority

Jump Warehouse is an action sports facility where injuries can happen. Like all sports, participants need to decide if the benefits of involvement are worth the risk of injury.

Please know and accept the risks. Follow the rules and take care. Keep within your limits, look out for others, follow the rules and most of all, have fun!

Park Rules

ALL JUMPERS MUST WATCH THE SAFETY VIDEO AT THE START OF THEIR SESSION – THIS WILL BE PLAYED AT 5 TO THE HOUR OF EVERY JUMP SESSION. SUBSEQUENT VIDEOS WILL BE PLAYED AS CUSTOMERS ARRIVE UP TO 15 MINUTES PAST THE HOUR. IF YOU ARRRIVE OVER 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SESSION, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO JOIN THE NEXT HOURS JUMPING.
